Something’s Burning
Are your batteries well charged?
I really hope so.
If they are not, that’s OK too.
There are a lot of us feeling drained and exhausted after the year and a half we have had.
For people who care, at work or at home, meeting such sustained demands and not feeling we can recharge can be a real problem.
If this sustained drain is not tackled, Burnout can result.
And there’s a lot of it about.

…The bottom line?
More staff are needed and we need to improve workplace culture… and a few other things besides!
I think most of us knew this already.
Of course, it is good this report acknowledges it too.

What can we do in the meantime to resource ourselves to work well and thrive?
