Your One Wild and Precious Life

How are you guys doing?

So sorry I have been quiet for the past few weeks, we have had a family berevment and it has been tough. Still is tough tbh...

Along with many other things that have come up for me, is a reminder that life is short.

We only have a limited time on the planet, and there are wonderful things we can be doing, despite all the challenges.

I have found myself thinking - 'OK, what do I really want to be doing with my life?'

I believe helping caring professionals thrive at work is really important.

Especially those of us who are juggling - with so many balls in the air, it takes skill to not drop any, while sustaining ourselves.

We have so much to give, to ourselves and those around us, it really is worth focusing on finding ways to Thrive.

And work is a key pillar of wellbeing - good work is good for us.

Which brings me to why I founded The Working Well Doctor - to support caring professionals who juggle, thrive in work they love.

I am honoured and excited to share this journey with you.

I’ll leave you with one of my favourite quotes…

It has to be this quote really, doesn’t it?

Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?
