How are you doing?

Overwhelmed?

Yup me too, at times.

It's the word I hear most often talking to you guys.

There is so much going on, so much change and disruption, in the news, closer to home and often in our daily lives.

It's easy to be overwhelmed just thinking about where to start!

So start small.

Really tiny.

Work out one little thing that can bring you a brief moment of joy, give you that tiniest hit of dopamine.

Then try another. And another. String them together and weave them through your day.

You may notice things start to feel al little lighter.
